Air purification methods

  1. 1.Overall purification: can be divided into laminar flow and turbulent flow types. Laminar flow refers to the comprehensive flow of air from one side to the other at the same speed, so that the dust particles or bacteria generated indoors will not spread outwards and will be pushed out of the room, achieving good sterilization effect.
⑴ Efficient filtration and sterilization technology: Air cleanliness mainly relies on efficient or ultra efficient filtration equipment to deliver clean air to specific environments while maintaining the cleanliness of the air. Principle of filtration and cleanliness: ① Net interception and retention; ② Sieve retention; ③ Electrostatic attraction and retention; ④ Inertial collision and Brownian motion obstruction. Therefore, filtration and cleaning technology is the result of a comprehensive effect.
⑵ Filter material structure: Most of the filter materials used in biological cleanrooms are high-efficiency or ultra high efficiency filter materials. The filter materials used include glass wool filter materials, high-grade pulp filter materials, asbestos fiber filter materials, and vinyl chloride fiber filter materials. The retention rate of high-efficiency filter materials for 0.5 μ m particles in the air can reach 90% to 99%, and ultra efficient filter materials can retain over 99.9% of 0.3 μ m particles.
2. Local purification
⑴ Clean laminar flow hood: Clean laminar flow hood is a local air purification device in hospitals. Generally, it can form a vertical laminar flow pattern, surrounded by transparent curtains. The entire hood can maintain high cleanliness (level 10000 to 100) air. This clean laminar flow hood can be used for the treatment and protection of immunocompromised patients, so it is also known as a sterile bed laminar flow hood.
⑵ Purification Console: Using horizontal or vertical laminar flow to purify the air inside the box can achieve a high level of purification inside the console.
⑶ Electrostatic adsorption sterilization and purification technology: Electrostatic adsorption sterilization utilizes the principle of industrial electrostatic precipitator and innovates in miniaturization technology Using fine wire discharge electrodes and honeycomb shaped aluminum box collection electrodes to form a graded line device; ② Using mirror force to charge and adsorb.
At present, there is a three-stage purification device, which includes pre filtration, high-efficiency filtration, activated carbon adsorption, combined positive ion electrostatic adsorption for sterilization, and adopts high air volume air purification to ensure the number of indoor air purification times, effectively solving the problem of key departments in hospitals such as operating rooms ICU、 The continuous disinfection of air in the mother and baby ward, hemodialysis room, and other areas with people can achieve a purification cleanliness level of 100000 to 10000 for indoor air in hospitals.
⑷ Negative ion purification technology: Negative ions are negatively charged chemical groups that can undergo reversible changes, exist for a very short period of time, and do not have the ability to kill microorganisms. They mainly rely on the combination of charged ions with particles in the air, especially microbial particles, to form multiple particles that aggregate and rapidly settle, achieving the purpose of air purification. Negative ions in the air only have the ability to invade proteins and kill microorganisms when they possess certain chemical properties, such as reactive oxygen species. Therefore, the ability of negative ions to purify the air is relatively limited, and the removal rate of microbial particles in the air can only reach 70% to 90%.
